Kuzey ve Doğu Suriye’nin Kobanê kentinden bir heyet, dün Halep’te valilik heyetiyle görüştü. Kobanê yönetimi, görüşme sonrası geri döndü.
Heyet, görüşmeye dair ANHA’ya konuştu.
Heyet üyesi Ebdulrehman Demir, “Uzlaşı ve diyalog dili öne çıktı. Geçmişi geride bırakıp yeni bir sayfa açmak istedik. Kobanê’yi birlikte yönetmek, güvenliğini ve kurumlarını birlikte yürütmek istiyoruz” dedi.
Mizgîn Xelîl ise, görüşmeye ilişkin şunları belirtti: “Halep Valiliği’nin daveti üzerine gittik. 30 Ocak’ta yapılan anlaşmanın maddelerinden biri, Kobanê’nin yönetim ve güvenlik sistemi açısından önceki statüsüyle Halep Valiliği’ne bağlı olmasıydı. Bu nedenle, işlerin ve sorunların çözümü için ilk kez Halep Valiliği’ne gittik.”
Mizgîn Xelîl, “Kobanê’nin kırsal bölgelerinde bulunan ve Şam hükümetine bağlı askeri güçlerin bölgeden çekilmesi gerekiyor ki Kobanêli göçmenler köylerine rahatça dönebilsin. Bunun yanı sıra kuşatma koşulları, günlük ihtiyaçlar, su ve elektrik gibi yaşamsal sorunlar ile pek çok başka problem de gündeme geldi” diye kaydetti
